The supervisor on the shift around 3:30 p.m. on 4-11-24 displayed a horrible sense of priority. While the dining orders piled up she decided to assist the cook who was taking 2 bags of cardboard to the trash. While they took their time at the trash smoking cigarettes the lobby and drive through backed up miserably. Everyone worked separately and no one helped one another. Making all areas backed up. Please get better management who knows how to delegate tasks and expedite orders and boost great customer service.

Waited a long time on our food. And when we got it we were missing my husband's chicken and dumplings and my sons 2 tacos. So not very satisfied.

Worst Dairy Queen ever. Message to owner: Find another way to make a living. You are clearly not cut out for this type of business. Total neglect on your part.

They always try to accommodate. Best ice cream cakes in town.
