Papa Johns Pizza - Hewitt

Never received my order N when I call the store the manager never apologize after me waiting n hour I was told my money was being put back on my card I will never do business with Papa John's in Hewitt again Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered pizza to be delivered to Homewood suites. They never delivered in the alloted time. Called them they said would be here in 10 mins they had two deliveries. Checked app it said pizza was delivered, I called back they said they knocked on the door and called. We were staying at a hotel they are not allowed past front desk and they never came. Finally after 1.5 hours I asked to have ordered canceled. Horrible customer service and no apologies. Don't order from them. Hotel said they had previous order that had raw food. Avoid at all cost.

I recently visited Papa John's in Hewitt and had an exceptional experience. The service was prompt and friendly, and the pizza exceeded my expectations. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were fresh, and the flavors were delicious. Overall, I give it 5 stars! Highly recommended. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Order was not what I ordered. The garlic sauce was busted and pretty much soaked the whole pizza. Awful service. Management needs to get this location fixed
