Burger King - Hialeah

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members seemed overwhelmed and mentioned she was worried and couldn't handle it anymore. It took her a full 30 minutes to bring us our food, which made the whole experience frustrating. I don’t think I'll be coming back.

This Burger King is pretty much like any other one you might visit. They serve the usual menu items: burgers, fries, and Whopper chicken sandwiches. You can also grab a drink from a variety of options available at the restaurant, including sodas, sparkling water, and juice.

The staff who took my order didn't speak English. I ordered the Rodeo double cheeseburger, but they didn't even recognize it from the menu. They couldn't understand what I was trying to order, which was quite frustrating.

Some of them are simply rude like the hell at this burger king!

No toilet papyin any of the bathrooms at 8 am. No paper to dry hands, no sanitizer at all. They told me because people use it too much.I told the, you make profits you must have expenses. Felt like being in Cuba. Shame.
