Chili's Grill - Hialeah

The service could use some improvement, particularly regarding the availability of supplies. However, the chef does an excellent job. I truly believe this restaurant has the potential to be a five-star establishment.

I had a great experience at Chili de la Hialeah Mall, thanks to the outstanding food and service. The staff, Mileysis and Lily, are incredibly skilled at what they do.

I had lunch with friends, and our waitress was very friendly. However, the food wasn’t great. The miniburgers were overcooked, some items were burnt, and the wings seemed greasy as if they had been sitting out for a while. On the bright side, the chips and queso were delicious!

Had preferred to sit online 2 hours ago when I did not appear in the restaurant the reservation when we did it, and we again with the host she has, there will be 5-15 minutes, we waited about 40 minutes and no one called us, we see people coming and get table on the place when we ask they said that the system had crashed so that everyone had just left the check for the system if they were going in front of us manager didn't handle the situation well, I was a customer for 21 years at this place. I'm not going back.

Was a little unsatisfied today with the way my carne aside was cooked , but Jamal the manager made up for it and even gave my daughters free dessert!!! Will still be coming here after that nice gesture
