Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hialeah

1 start because i can't give it zero .This place is disgusting why is this even open ? Inspection should come in and handle this no forks insufficient items kitchen is dirty as hell floors are greasy.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I?m over this Chipotle. Every single time I go there it?s always missing something. It?s a mess. It?s dirty. The staff is young and do not have it together. For such a busy chipotle you would think they would plan aheadand not run out of things. Go to a different chipotle unless you want to stand in a huge like to then find out they don?t havewhat you want.

My order was ready for pickup. But the side order of guacamole was old looking. And there were no lids for the big soda cups and no other option offered by the staff. My friend went a couple of hours later with the family and still there were no lids, oldguacamole and no ice. Last week my son went and there was no ice either. Food tasted good. Don?t know if I will come back.

Need to do better with deliveries. I ordered a kids meal with tacos, beans, meat, and corn and this is what I got... just beans. My chips and guacamole did not come at all. And the burrito didn't have the protein (chicken) or the veggies. How they managedto mess up everything in the order is beyond me.

So i ordered food coming off of work at 12:30 pm. when i got there this man hands me my food in the most disgusting bag drenched with sauce or whatever it was at the bottom. when i went to my car it kept dripping so i went back in and the lack of customerservice was disgusting. cant do the minimal of packing food right. as a person who works mornings i am exhausted and thiscompletely ruined my day. cant even enjoy fast food anymore. but atleast the manager helped me with redoing my order. and when igot my order again it was still all sloppy. but i guess thank you
