Feedback gevenI had a terrible experience with customer service. I called the restaurant three times, and each time they hung up on me. When I finally placed my order with the staff member, she got it wrong. I specifically requested a thin, crispy Hawaiian pizza along with one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. Instead, she argued with me, insisting that I asked for a thin and crispy pepperoni, even though I clearly wanted the Hawaiian. I will never come back here again. The customer service was horrible, and it's unacceptable for an employee to argue with a customer like that.
I received my pizzas extremely cold. I ordered two extra-large pizzas: one with pepperoni and one with just cheese (Order #62). I've tried calling multiple times, but they keep hanging up on me. I even called from a different number and spoke to a girl who told me that the manager did not want to talk to me. This is the worst experience I've had in Miami.
The service was polite, but when it came time to pay in cash, there was no change available. It was raining, and there was a leak in the kitchen. The parking lot could benefit from new horizontal signage, and the restaurant itself is due for a renovation, particularly in the ordering area.
It?s always such a bad customer service, longest times. A problem to place the order and the manager is seriously super unprofessional. Never again
Pizza was ordered at this location the pizza was picked up by Saturday 9pm I didn?t check the order until after 1-2am when I got ready to eat it to my surprise it was very dry and hard plus it was burnt, I called that Sunday morning and the manager said noit?s to late you should have called sooner weren?t they closed at that time and not open until 11am but it was her attitude andshe hung up on me
