The service at this restaurant is quite slow. There were no drink refills offered, and it took more than an hour for our food to arrive. While sitting next to the kitchen, I had to listen to one of the servers vent about his frustrations...

The restaurant has a stunning atmosphere with beautiful decor and music. We ordered wings and baby back BBQ ribs. Personally, I prefer ribs that fall right off the bone, but that wasn't the case here—though that's just my preference. The food was delicious overall, but to fully enjoy the ribs, you definitely need to eat them with your hands!

My mom celebrated her birthday at the restaurant, and despite the long wait caused by a shortage of staff, we had a wonderful experience once we were seated. Our server was attentive, and the food was delicious. Our steaks were cooked perfectly to the temperatures we requested, and the flavors were fantastic. It’s clear that many restaurants are struggling with staffing issues, but the team here did an exceptional job to ensure that my mom had a great birthday celebration.
