Mcdonald's - Hialeah

The icecream was only the cone nothing on top...they are extremely rude and obnoxious I complaint several times and nothing is done I never go to that McDonald's again

There were far too many issues during my visit. The restrooms were closed at all times, and I had to ask someone remotely to open them. Meanwhile, I noticed five staff members chatting amongst themselves without paying any attention to me. I ended up having to place my order online because nobody came to assist me. I ordered to eat on-site, but they mistakenly gave my order as takeout. It was a frustrating experience. This specific location is one of the worst I've been to.

This McDonald's is not open 24 hours and closes everything at 11 PM, both inside and at the drive-thru. The food is good, and the ice cream machine is functioning well. Just make sure to check your order before you leave!

Customer Service and education is a big part of the process. If your employees don't know that, you certainly need new employees. Businesses close due to the lack of both of them, no doubt about it. One of the worst places ever.

I had higher expectations from this McDonald's. I visited on Monday, March 28th, around 7:30 PM, and the person taking my order mistakenly added a large Coke instead of the Diet Coke I had requested. When I mentioned this to the staff at the window, they simply said they couldn't change it. Really? I shouldn't have to accept a drink I didn't order just because of their mistake. They need to properly train their employees to be more customer service-oriented. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to argue, but this experience was very disappointing.
