Mcdonald's - Hialeah

For 15 years to this place since I lived nearby, but this place is very disappointing. You did it so well. Now the food and the waiting time is honestly ridiculous and disgusting. I had various occasions where most of my foods are served either raw or badly cooked. Eating is Bland. The drive thru is crazy. Don't waste your time. Go to i95.

I have been there many times and have received good services. Until this morning, the soil manager was rude and respectful when ordering for me. She even spoke half English half Spanish while I speak with her clearly and beautifully.

The food was good, but the ride through seemed chaotic and disorganized as usual. Nevertheless, it would still return.

I went late at night, and they just had 4 options of meals, and I couldn't order what I wanted. For example, I wanted a 4 piece chicken nuggets, but they said they can only sell 10!!! I have a bariatric surgery, how am I supposed to eat 10, just because you want to sell more?
