Wendy's - Hialeah

There should be no reason I have to wait 20 minutes if there was a person I had before me, making me too late for work. Very annoying

I celebrated my nomination today in this great place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a nice evening and the place was clearly one of the reasons for this strong evening. The stuff took part in a very nice way, the kitchen was extremely good and my friends were very happy. We will definitely come back for more cheerful events. Thank you.

I ordered 2 biggie bags both with double stack burgers an extra jr bacon cheese burger lady who took my orders sounded like she didn't understand well English, so in the first window I had repeat the guy my order then she came into the tab of the guy to correct it and in my bags were 3 chicken sandwiches I already left Wendy's frustrated.

Good customer service is really not this business goal.

Today the service great. Food very good only thing it need little more salt French fries. Everything else great.
