Came back to visit in 1979. DELICIOUS. 44 years later, now it's delivery or carry out. But still hoping for that DELICIOUS pizza. :. I bought a large cb and s pizza. I knew I would have a slice in the car on the way to take it to people I visited last in 2019. You know how you take a slice and it is super hot so you quickly get it out of the box and put it down? This pizza was barely warm. Part of the crust was burnt 2 slices . The tips ? Of the sauerkraut were burnt black . I never had that before! It was dry. All we could figure out was maybe they had made it for earlier in the day and kept it in a warmer right at the counter . It was bad, even if it was just plain cheese. So sad. I waited 44 years to have that pizza again. If this is how that pizza is made now, sad. The guy that waited on me was in his 50s I think. Silly me, I thought he might be the manager, so I will definitely get a great pizza. Sad. Sad Sad.
Fast and quick. The food is always good. Wish the website was a bit easier and the prices to be cheaper but at least it makes up for it the amount of food you get. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
Had 2 orders for carryout. 1 came out edible, and the other was God awful. Looked like it was 5 days old. Completely unedible. Both orders called in within 1 minute of each other. Got tossed after sampling multiple pieces. The garlic bread was just as bad, if not worse. Customer service was ok, but that pizza was by far the worst pizza we have ever tried. Will not be ordering anymore happy joes pizzas. Service: Take out
The person who took our order was the most friendly person. The kind of person that really just lights up your day no matter what mood you are in. Ordered a taco pizza and it is sooo tasty. Best taco pizza ever! And the lobby was so nicely decorated too! Just a very welcoming environment overall. I'll definitely be back. Vegetarian options: Made our taco pizza vegetarian with no problem. Just substituted the meat for some veggies instead and it was no extra cost. Parking: Plenty of parking, though the lot is shared with a few other businesses since it is in a little strip mall.
I went there to purchase a gift card. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
