Burgerfi

Walked in before 7:30pm and immediately upon walking in the staff looked at us and stated they were closed as people came in after us and ordered food. The other employees were just sitting around talking and playing on their phones. Terrible customer service, especially when the hours say you’re open until 9pm. I haven't been back at this location in awhile and will likely not be back again. If you’re closed or experiencing issues then lock the door and put a sign up. Management needs to look at their current employment if that's a representation of how they treat their customers and store overall. If I could leave less than a star review, I would in a heartbeat!

This is our first time trying this restaurant out. What a dissapointment. Fries were burnt. Chicken tenders were burnt and dry as well as onion rings.

I am not the one to leave bad reviews. The fact that I felt so inclined to leave a review states how horridius the place was managed. For starters we were told they were out of fries after we were rung up for a large fry. Which then started a shouting match between the kitchen and cashiers. After play fighting with each other our food was finally brought to use in togo form which suggested us to leave. While were walking out the door one of the workers was going to lock the door while telling others they were closed keep in mind it was 7pm online says they close at 9pm which then we couldn’t leave. Once we finally got to the car we noticed our food was very undercooked and inedible. I do not necessarily blame the staff they were very young and probably there first job. The management is incompetent and no one should return until they’re replaced or given proper training. If there is one good thing that came out of this is that I found out which one of the cashiers has a better jump shot.

First time here. The food was really good. The staff seemed pretty friendly. I had the CEO burger and onion rings. Both portions were huge.

We have gone here for over three years and the past few months the restaurant has gone downhill. From cleanliness, customer service, even the taste of the food. However today has made the final decision to make this review and we will no longer be coming to BurgerFi. To start the cashier was very rude to us while we were ordering, then while we were eating a few of the employees engaged in a physical altercation and screaming match between themselves. This resulted in us and other patrons packing up our food, throwing food away and leaving.
