Dunkin' - Hickory

There was a tiny mistake with my order one morning, but when I went back after work TALKED to them (because they're people), they were more than happy to explain what probably happened in the confusion of the busy morning with a NEW employee. They were more than willing to fix it, happy to refund the transaction, give me a new coffee. None of it was necessary, I just wanted to see if ingredients had changed, which happens, but they were amazing. Absolutely loved them.

Friendly staff, atmosphere was clean, food was great, coffee was great. If looking for a croissant or donuts its hit and miss. If donuts and croissants were more readily available, would change to 5 stars.If in the area and in the mood for Duncan, I would recommend giving them a try.

We only get drinks here. But we do love the ladies.

I was there 2 morning ago and ordered a cappuccino with mocha. I'm a big fan with Exxon cap but they wasn't open yet. Dunkin donuts served me the nastiest and tasted like it hadn't been cleaned coffee nvr again will I get anything from
