Hooters - Hickory

Was very disappointed in my service. Walked in very friendly on a Friday night (they weren’t very busy), wanted to order to-go and was ignored by the bartender Kailey. (Literally the only African American customer in the restaurant) After i asked where i order she finally took my order and told me it would be about 10 minutes (for 10 wings that’s perfect). 35 minutes later i get my order have to ask for a bag. Drive home 30 minutes to realize my sauce is wrong, they gave me 10 extra extra extra crispy wings (the chicken underneath the 3 layers of breader was nonexistent) and they gave me 10 flats which i did not order. $20 for that i was so upset i wanted hooters all day only going to Concord location from now on.

Sat down and waited 20 minutes and had no server come up to us. Bartender had no problem talking with friends that wree there but didn't bother to help us. No other employees in sight after being sat. Never again. Not even worth the 1 star. Go across the street to the Outback and had a beer on the table before I finished this review.

Walked in the door, no one came over to ask how many and take a name. They had plenty of open tables available. We finally asked a waitress if we just seated ourselves? She told us it would be a 30 to 45 min wait. We said we where okay with that. Tried to walk to the bar to order a drink for the wait and was immediately stopped by the hostess that finally came out of the back, that we had to wait outside! We where fine with that where just going to order a drink. We told the hostess that. Then he said well you can order a drink then wait outside. We said thats what we are trying to do. We told them to remove our name from the wait list and left! Would not recommend this restaurant at all!

Friendly staff, awesome wings, good food, reasonable prices, slow service. Would recommend if you were looking for some good wings. Be prepared for an extensive wait as orders that are ordered online. 30 minute wait even when not busy.

Be careful. Check your order before leaving if you do pickup. These clowns will scam you if possible.
