Feedback gevenThe sandwich I had was delicious, and the young lady who took our order was very friendly. I would rate the food a solid 5 stars. However, I have to give 2 stars because of another extremely rude woman who worked there. I wasn't sure if she was a customer or an employee. She had her children running around behind the counter, touching things and screaming, and she seemed ready to snap at anyone who said anything to her. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location; we’ll stick to another Jimmy John’s. I noticed that others were also complaining about that rude worker, and it seems to be an ongoing issue. The food was great, but the person handling orders and payments really needs to work on her social skills.
The service here is incredibly slow! They also seem to ignore online requests. I always ask for my sandwich to be cut in half, but it's never acknowledged. I prefer going to Publix instead; it's closer, they offer better sandwiches, and you get much more value for your money.
The restaurant is less than 7 minutes from our apartment, but we ended up waiting an hour for our order. The delivery driver mistakenly dropped it off at the wrong apartment. While I was on the phone with the manager, the driver had already left it at a nearby location. It was about 30 degrees outside that night, and our residential complex is quite large. After searching for 15-20 minutes, we finally found where the delivery driver had left our food. To make matters worse, the call was dropped twice during this ordeal. I've been ordering food for almost six years, and I can't recall a time when I had to go back to retrieve an order myself. I don't understand why this wasn't handled differently this time. My advice is to either rethink your business practices or choose a different restaurant.
Last order I put online was thrown together without accuracy. lettuce and other requested condiments were omitted and the other components were spersome. I was told they had only sweet tee. (last 3 times in over a month's time their drink machine is out of the order 'by co2 '. I told them I ordered sweete, but what is going on with the drink machine? the canister was empty with several crippled tee opened and sitting on the counter. when I asked where I could find more sweet tee, the manager asked the only customer, I suppose family if he knew how to make sweet tee. I was told that they were also made of bottled drinks, so I could grab another bag of chips or a cookie for the credit. I wish them luck, but I don't know that this place will make it. as someone who worked in my teenager and 20's in the food service, I believe in tapping; but after this experience, I will not order online again and tap only to get bad service when picking up my order.
Out of sandwich toppings every single time we go here. Very rude teenage employees who never have ordered made on time, make it wrong and forget items. Every time. Im done with this place
