I would recommend that they diversify their staff by hiring people of color. As a white professional man, I will not be recommending this place to my friends or family. The overall experience was good. (4 stars)
No bullen?! it's good. if you see a lot of bad reviews that say it takes a long time, but hey it is good and some good things take longer to make!
Both gals behind the counter do not know how to make smoothies. Madison made mine. they put the ingredients in, the other coal in the ice, the correct amount of ice was used. the drink would not stir in the mixer. I said it takes longer than normal. she said I didn't put the ingredients in madison 't pump the right amount of water. I cost it, I said I didn't throw the bananas. the other gale said she'll get it back. she did. it came from water, not frozen. this galle knew enough water was not placed in the 1. it had to introduce additional water, because it was watery and not frozen. I couldn't wait for a third attempt. it tastes better. I called to complain. I was told that the loading owner will call me about my experience. He/she doesn't value me as a customer, never has a call from the owner. as a result I leave this evaluation so that customers can decide whether they want to go there or another place. nick is the one who knows what he does. the gals dont.

Tasted it, I said I don 't taste the banana . The other gal said she will remake it. She did.It came out watery not frozen. This gal knew enough water was not put in the 1st one. She had to have put in extra water, for it to come out watery and not frozen. I couldn 't wait for a 3rd try. It did taste better. I called corporate to complain. I was told the store owner will call me aboutmy experience. He/she doesn 't value me as a customers, never got a phone call from owner.As a result I leave this review so customers can decide if they want to go there or some other place. Nick is the one who knows what he is doing. The gals dont.
