Sweet Frog - Hickory

My wife and I stop here occasionally and get us some frozen yogurt. We both get different flavors and different toppings. What sets it apart is the fact you can get as much of any topping as you want. My daughter's love this as well, as they get a small amount of frozen yogurt and the rest in gummy butterflies. Customization at its best. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. Definitely going back!

This place was super cute and the service was good but I knocked off a star because I didn't see masks on the staff, hand sanitizer or gloves. Precautions like that make me feel safer during this pandemic. Great flavors. I really liked the pomegranate lemonade!

I want to rate the customer service of the lady that was working the front on 02-19-2022 on Catawba Valley Blvd. I inadvertently left a piece of personal property. This morning, 02-20-2022 I realized I had lost said item. After waiting for them to open, I called and was told they did have my property. Naturally I was grateful and told them I would be there shortly. When I got there, she asked to confirm my ID, which I was grateful. She just didn't hand my property to someone without checking. I cannot thank her enough for her integrity and honesty.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Yogurt was great with plenty of flavors! They also have chairs outside you can use while you eat your yogurt if you don't want to sit inside????

Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming at the least. My son had won a competition at school and was rewarded a free cup and t-shirt, they had to call someone for help. My son My daughter and I all made bowls and it was melt by the time they figured out how to charge us. We gave them the certificate when we arrived they said to go ahead and make the cups.
