The Hickory Cafe And Arcade

Spacious and straightforward breakfast with a cozy home-like atmosphere.

The only reason this restaurant received 3 stars is because the food was good. I was excited to dine here and pleased with the meal. However, if someone is looking for an arcade, this is not the place. They only had 2 game machines that were out of order. I ordered my food and it was brought to me promptly, but there was little interaction from the staff throughout my visit. Overall, depending on the experience one is seeking, this may not be the best place to go.

The menu covers standard breakfast and lunch meals as well as Southern delicacies corn nuggets, toast and gravy, and livermush. The antique decor remains clean and appealing, although female groups are uncommon. Excellent table service.

One of my favorite restaurants in Hickory. I always try to visit here when I get a chance. The staff is always so nice and Food is always fresh and delicious. Our favorites are the chuckwagon burger, garden salads and the corn nuggets.

I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service with a smile. It was a fun and enjoyable meal.
