I had a great experience with the staff member at the front register. He was extremely helpful.

Cashier couldn't take off the extra dressings he charged me, then helper wouldn't get them. then the helper said they have no more crumbs for salads. then the drinks were out and dirty. my price for an salat was over $11. filthy and rude, not return.

Short staff, as everywhere in the last time, large settings all around under difficult conditions. good food too. Food: 5/5

Wendy's is my favorite place, but lately, the service has been pretty disappointing everywhere I go. However, I had a refreshing experience at this location; my order was exactly as I requested at the drive-thru. It felt different here—the customer service was personal and attentive. I was informed that my fries were fresh and hot when they were ready! Plus, we received our entire order just as we asked for it. This has become my new favorite spot!

The restaurant offered baked carrots, which were a nice touch. However, I had to wait 45 minutes for another order they claimed was unavailable. Additionally, the drive-thru requires two laps around. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.
