Dunkin' - Hicksville

The coffee at this restaurant was superb, both hot and iced. However, the Boston cream donut was not fresh. The service was good overall.

The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly. However, they usually have a limited selection of doughnuts (which is ironic, I know) and their operating hours are different from other Dunkin' Donuts locations.

I have been to many Dunkin' Donuts locations, but the service at this particular one was disappointing today. It seemed like the employee didn't want to serve me, as her expression was very serious. I tried not to upset her, but when I asked for a napkin, she only gave me half of one. That was the final straw for me.

Today I ordered two coffees and neither of them had secure lids. As a result, the hot coffee spilled over my car seat and burned my skin. It turned out that the lids did not properly fit on either cup.

There were many Dunkin' Donuts available, but the service at this particular location was poor. The server seemed uninterested in serving me, with a serious expression on her face. When I asked for a napkin, she only gave me half of one, which was disappointing.
