Mcdonald's - Higginsville

Though the store was busy, Natalie made sure every customer was taken care of. She was quick and polite.

Showed up at 11:22 pm said hello multiple times drove to window for them to say they are closed but website says midnight cool thanks for not informing anything to be closed.

The staff are rude and careless. I made a large order, including 2 orders of 2 apple pies, and after checking the order on the counter, i discovered they missed 2 apple pies. I let one of the ladies know and she started giving me attitude, like it was my fault i checked my order to discover their mistakes! And she told me you need to wait 5 minutes till they fry new ones, after waiting for 20 minutes without getting anything, i decided to cancel the order and leave!

They do the caramel macchiato right. The flavors blend well. And they don't pump in the sugar like the other locations do (which too sweet). Could still taste the coffee ???

Can I just say thank you for your good service. Clean and well maintained place and friendly staff. They made my mobile order very fast. Good job ?
