Domino's Pizza - High Peak

Had a nice pizza never had this before and good service. Manger was so kind. I would say prefer to this .And its worthy.

The only reason I gave a one star is because I could not give lower It's not often you complain an order is early, but we wanted our order for 1800 on Sunday. Not only was it early, because it had sat in a hot box too long and the wedges and kickers were soggy, the pizzas has the incorrect toppings. The meal cost over £40. We were offered a £25 voucher from Dominos as compensation. If I was to use this voucher it would not cover the dishes which were unacceptable. When I complained to Dominos I was informed I should have snet the meal back and asked for a replacement. Clearly Dominos do not care about their customer base and are too blase about their position in the market. I for one will not be ordering from them again.

Awful experience, awful service. i wont be ordering from here again. 2 hours to receive my order and half our order arrived. 10:30pm it arrived to which i had no tea as couldn't eat my partners pizza with having a dairy intolerance and went to bed hungry. Rude women on the phone not helpful or apologetic and still waiting on my refund 24 hours later.... DO NOT USE THEM

Very average pizza's that are expensive for what you get. I put average as what they sell is Ok but not spectacular. I would only eat this as a last resort.

There was a hair on the pizza that I ordered so I called up to make an complaint, when I was trying explain that there is a straight hair on my pizza the employee was shouting at me saying that it was not her hair her hair is a different colour and hanged up the phone. I tried calling again but she was not answering the phone, when I tried to calling on my partner phone the manger answered. I told her what has happened she apologised and gave me everything I ordered again fresh, I had to go to the shop to show the manger how discussing it was to see a hair on the pizza and how that employee was not professional nor have good customer service. Did not get my money back which I thought I would of. Never going back there and I would advice everyone who wants pizza to go somewhere else
