Jersey Mike's Subs - High Point

Had not been to a Jersey Mike 's in forever and was wanting a good sub. I love Jersey Mike 's but they are not cheap. But you get what you pay for......fresh bread, freshly sliced cheese and meats and dressed how you want. I know everyone raved about ',the juice ' but I really like the cherry pepper relish. Pro Tip: Get it on the side if you are getting it to go

It's Jersey Mike's. Around here, we pretty much know that Jersey Mike's subs are going to be delicious. Everything was so fresh and I love seeing my food get prepared. Besides Subway, there aren't a lot of places that you can see it all come together.

I ordered a giant Philly cheese steak with ONLY onions, mushrooms and extra mayo ONLY! Yes I made sure to say ONLY cause I know it comes with peppers which I don’t eat. The lady even read it back to me. I get my sandwich and drive 30 mins away to another city and get to my destination and open my sandwich and it’s full of peppers! I called back and told the same lady that took my order and she said I’m sorry about that. Yep, that was all she said until I asked was that it your sorry about it but not going to do anything about it. $17.03 and there is nothing you can do about it. Oh then says I can give you 10% off your next sandwich. Excuse me so what am I supposed to do with this one. If you bring it back tonight I can fix you another one. I’m not driving back there tonight. So basically I’m out $17.03! Thanks for nothing! This happened to me a couple years ago when the same store put extra jalapeños on my sub and I don’t even eat them but they remade my sandwich the next day.

This place is fantastic. I have an allergy to mammal. Caleb disinfected the slicer before he got to work on my turkey sub. This, to me, is beyond kind. Then Shonte was the epitome of tenacity as she patiently re-rang up my order because of an issue with my gift card. What awesome customer service! This was my first visit. It is not my last. Thank you, Jersey Mike's!
