Feedback gevenI stopped by here around 8:35am on a Thursday morning (1/5/22), while headed to my office. I had initially stopped to a different location, but they forgot my drink. Or rather i forget to get it from them... nonetheless, the other location didn’t have mochas anyway, so this is opportunity to get one. I noticed while going through the drive-thru, both staff I encountered were extremely friendly and personable! It was almost like a Chick-Fil-A experience! It wasn’t busy at night! That experience itself made me leave this review. I wish I knew the name of the staff to give them a shout out!
I ordered a double qtr pounder and got a single. I went back the next day with my receipt and a picture. I wasnt rude about it mistakes happen just wanted it to be fixed. The manager was very rude about it like i was an inconvenience, and wasting her time. Asked if i had called anyone in a sarcastic voice I stated i didnt Because my father was in the hospital so i wasnt able to at the time. She didnt let finish and walked away. Very disrespectful and rude
The staff was efficient, timely, and polite. The order was ready quickly. There was one special order cheeseburger that we needed to pull back up to the window to address but that was not a problem and quickly replaced with another burger that had correct toppings without batting a lash.
The workers were very slow, disorganized and not friendly at all. They forgot several things in our order and left us waiting in the Drive-Thru for over 15 minutes. When I went inside and finally found a supervisor and told them she handed me a bag of my food and just walked off saying absolutely nothing.
We ordered through DoorDash, and it was a disappointing experience. The person at the window responsible for taking orders seemed more focused on her phone than on assisting customers. This caused unnecessary delays as we were sent to the pickup window, which made the process longer than it should have been. At one point, I even saw her take off her headset after directing a car to the first window when she could have been taking orders to help speed things up. Overall, it took us over an hour to pick up our order.
