Pizza Hut - High Point

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. The staff were surprisingly rude to my son when he went in to pick up the pizza I ordered online, which I had already paid for. The order confirmation indicated that it would be ready around 6:25 PM, but we didn't leave with our food until 7:03 PM. To make matters worse, when we got home, the pizzas were ice cold and not the ones I had ordered.

They have always been welcoming and make you feel right at home.

I had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant. The customer service was poor, and the food wasn’t served warm. The whole place didn’t seem clean or sanitized. I had to say hello multiple times just to get someone’s attention. To make matters worse, my pizza had toppings I didn't order. The most disappointing part was that the pizza upset my stomach, making me feel unwell as if it were old, which led to an upset stomach (something I've never experienced before). I will never eat there again, and I certainly won’t recommend it to anyone. I can't even think about Pizza Hut right now without feeling nauseous. Never again!

Went in to restaurant to order a personal pan pizza.....why is the wait 30 min???!!!! You guys already have the dough ready...you add the toppings and stick it in the oven......its going to take 30 min.....during lunch time.....smh ridiculous. Oh and I tried to call and noone answered the phone! Totally Epic fail for customer service...General manager....you around pay a visit to your restaurant if you want to still service folk in the community.

Ordered one large pizza and requested no-contact delivery. Driver was both maskless and wouldn't leave the door until answered, forcing dangerous face-to-face contact during a pandemic. The pizza itself was completely mangled as if it had been stored on its side for an extended period of time. First and last time ever ordering from here.
