Picked up a Royal Feast, the cashier was rude and unfriendly. Then she says there's a 3% charge for using debit card. They advertise they take credit and debit cards, yet they charge customers for using one?????? We are not going to get pizza here anymore, besides the extra charge, the pizza crust was too done and hard. Obviously their help is hard to get to just hire a rude person to be on front line! Too many other pizza places to put up with extra charges, rude cashiers, and overcooked pizza! Never again! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
This is a locally loved place for many including myself. I love this style of pizza and this location piles on the toppings in comparison to a different branch just north of here. I gave 4 stars for service as they do a great job but only have one person running around trying to please everyone. They do a great job but if it’s busy, you can get lost. It’s not their fault as I understand you don’t need to hire someone for just two hours, it’s just that expect this if you go at busy times. If it’s not busy, you will love the staff they have. The atmosphere is three because some may not like the style of an old school pizza joint. It’s from when I was young and that is a while. I like it like this but some may not appreciate the old school charm. They also have a pan pizza that’s not advertised, but they do make it. It's not a traditional pan, pizza, per se, but it does scratch that itch. If you are wanting a thick slice that has the trademark, Sir Pizza taste. It is cut like a triangle unlike the regular pizza that is a Detroit style and cut into squares. If in the Triad, high Point area, it is certainly worth a stop to try if you’ve never had it. I’m not saying anything new to the locals that they don’t already know and love, besides the pan pizza part. If you want a locals place to go to then this is the place! I hear they have good pasta as well but I’ve not had it yet. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Me and my fiancee ordered a large deluxe pizza and it was GREAT the waiter and waitress were friendly and nice WE WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK
I enjoyed their Canadian Bacon pizza as always. The place isn't the most modern accommodations, however it's the food and service that are the most important and Sir Pizza has this covered. Good salads, and other foods available, but their pizza is usually what I go for. Definitely worth visiting, and I go every time I'm in town.
