Rude, nasty “ manager” . Proceeds argue with me to tell me I have to come inside to pick up my online order, even though I placed an order through drive through!! What sense does that make?!Inconvenience the paying customer!Then gave me a burnt, dried out sandwich, didn’t give me the sauce for my food that I ordered online for free. Go get pointers from chick fila! I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS TRASH LOCATION!

In a world where it is rare to have such an exceptional customer experience, this Zaxby's stood out. Rick helped us today as we dined in, and went above and beyond to share details of different menu options, checked in on us and seemed to genuinely care about not only our dining experience today but also our future experiences at Zaxby's. We will absolutely revisit this Zaxby's again. Thank you Rick!

I keep getting a moldy tasted from their drinks, they haven't cleaned the ice machine/drink dispenser in a long time, and my boss had a roach in his food.

Depending on the location but the one off of Samet Dr. in High Point is sorry!! They steady keep lacking on their salad. I think they are rushing and just throwing it together. I have to pick out the brown or rotten pieces of lettuce everytime, cucumbers are different colors, tomatoes always looking soggy and never crisp. They give u a tiny sprinkle of bacon bits. And their Texas toast isn't as garlicky buttery as other stores. They say you eat with your eyes 1st....True Statement!!
