Heritage Inn Convention Centre

I can't speak about the hotel room, but I had a pleasant lunch at the hotel restaurant. I would recommend it; the service was attentive and quick. The food was decent and featured classic options like sandwiches, fish and chips, burgers, and the local favorite, liver and onions. Overall, it's worth trying.

The front desk staff provided various excuses for my questions regarding pricing discrepancies. While the older property is reasonably well maintained, I wouldn’t consider myself a particularly picky traveler. However, I noticed visible sticky spots on the bathroom counter that hadn’t been wiped down since the last guest, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks! I’ve taken pictures and really wish I could share them here. To put it simply, it was disgusting.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. However, I found the hotel itself to be just average. Considering the location, amenities, and the quality of the room, I think the nightly rates are a bit high for what is provided. When I searched for pictures of the hotel, I saw many modern rooms that appeared recently renovated, but I must say that nothing about this hotel felt modern or new.

So it was a Sunday night heading towards Lethbridge when our car broke down which we had towed to Ford and we were delight there is a hotel right next door not many cars in the parking lot so we figured there would be vacancies. When we went in wewere greeted by a very nice young lady and told they didn't have any vacancy so I inquired about the empty parking lot only tobe told they didn't have any vacancies because there were no clean rooms. Not impressed but we found another lovely hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at the Heritage Inn Hotel. The room was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, making the overall experience enjoyable.
