McDonald's - High River

Absolutely appalling and unreasonable customer service from the manager. I will not be back to this location for this reason.

Kinda disappointed at McDonald's Restaurants! I used to work for this company yrs ago. Those days are awesome .This day, I don't know... the size and quantity of food are so bad. For example, the quarter cheese burger now is the same size of cheese burger! They got smaller and expensive! I don't mind paying expensive food as long the quantity is good. And if you don't pay attention if you order a medium fries hundred if you ask for small fries the amount are the same... lolIf you don't mind paying good money and less amount . This just happened on Nov 30, 2023 at 1315.I work as a paramedic and I spilt my coffee in my ambulance. I went inside to ask if I could get a refill of my coffee, as that has been my experience in the past.The manager told me to go back to where I came from if I wanted a new coffee and walked away from me before I could even reply.Who says this? What kind of customer service is that? This manager was so unbelievably rude, to say something like that to a person and just walk away.Horrible service, who treats people like this?

Worst McDonald in Alberta. It takes forever in the driver though. 30 mins on a busy night. Too long. Don’t waste your money. Go to the Okotoks McDonald’s

The food was prepared to order, served promptly, and the staff was very friendly.
