One of the staff members immediately came over with a sheet to put on the floor to help her cross to the table. On top of that the food was excellent we had the mussels, langoustines and fish chips. All round a lovely dinner!
We decided to stop by to recharge our car and grab a bite to eat on our way home from Inverness. The bartender at the bar was unfriendly and mentioned that the restaurant was only for guests. Despite the nice appearance of the restaurant, we ended up just having a £3.00 coffee before leaving.
During our vacation in the Glencoe area, we had dinner at this restaurant twice. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. However, the prices were a bit higher compared to other restaurants in the area.
Our dining experience was average overall. We found ourselves limited in options due to the early closing times of other nearby restaurants. The Caprese salad was lackluster, while the mussels were just okay. My wife enjoyed her cod dish. The brioche dessert was overly sweet. When ordering a gin and tonic advertised with grapefruit and apricot tonic, we received the wrong tonic initially and then a different one, with the explanation that it was a menu error. The wait staff was friendly but seemed inexperienced.
Superfriendly waiter, very good food, amasing views. We got extra good service, thanks a lot. Even gluten free food was fixable.
