Cluanie Inn - Highland

Such a special location but such a dreadful place. How sad that they should have gotten it so wrong here. No draft beer available on tap so they charge £7 for a bottle of beer. They don't sell crisps but are happy to sell you french fries for £5. Loud music playing (Abba) added to the sad state of the place. Such a mess and so disappointing. It used to be so much better before the makeover. Best avoided.

Lovely meal but charged a service charge which I thought a bit cheeky So turned out to be a very expensive experience

The only restaurant miles around, a typical roadside bar-kitchen-gasoline stop. Very beautiful surroundings, nice welcome, prices a bit high but decent food, influenced by the Indian ownership as it seems.

Delicious food. They don't serve dinner until 1730 but we waited until they served dinner. We were able to go in and grab a drink though.

Excellent Food All ten meals were 5 star quality Drinks were very Pricey Cans of juice for children were £4.50 which is excessive All in all as a special meal I would highly recommend . Staff were very friendly and plenty of attention given .Nice with kids.
