Coolness - Highland

Coolness is a very friendly and clean ice cream parlor with delicious and unique flavors. Perfect to tweak your taste buds for dessert or between meals

The restaurant has a nice and clean atmosphere, with helpful staff. The ice cream is tasty, but the waffles were undercooked. It is also quite expensive.

I visited Coolness with my family on August 11th, 2018 and had an amazing experience. The variety of ice cream flavors and toppings was fantastic. The staff, especially the Manager (Ann), were very friendly and took the time to chat with visitors and make them feel welcome. I live in Glasgow, but I would definitely make the trip back to Inverness just for the ice cream at Coolness. The prices were also great. Keep up the excellent work, guys. Michelle from Glasgow.

Been there on 28/7/18 just after 9:00pm Staff totally ignored us when we said hello girl behind counter was smiling at us and turned her back on us. Had to asked them if they still serving icecream cos ithe closing time was 20 mins away. Long story short, been told by the girl we could only get ice cream if it’s takeaway cose the facebook/messenger was more important then us the customers. Very poor customer service no health and safety, ice cream was really bad.

I went to this restaurant for an ice cream treat and was pleased to find a wide variety of flavors with generous scoops. I have been disappointed in the past at other places that serve barely a full scoop for nearly £2. The restaurant was clean and tidy with friendly staff. I will definitely be visiting again!
