Ghillies Cellar Bistro - Highland

Cozy and welcoming as always. Despite some challenges in creating a personal touch, the staff did a great job and were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the Lairds buffet and Piper weren't available this year due to Covid restrictions, but hopefully they will return in the future.

I was surprised by the size of the restaurant, it's like a proper labyrinth. I wish the bar area was larger and had more bourbon options than just Jack Daniels.

The hotel is lovely and the staff is friendly. The food was superb and the room was very comfortable, especially the bed. We couldn't find a single fault with our stay. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent hotel. Could not be any more happy with the service, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Will definitely be visiting again
