I had a wonderful experience with the local cuisine and appreciated the quick, efficient service that made our day truly enjoyable. It was the perfect way to conclude a long journey north.

I ordered the roast lamb, and it was cooked perfectly—tender and served in a generous portion that made for a very satisfying meal. My wife had the roast beef, which she found to be excellent. I will definitely return if we find ourselves in Scotland again.

For one night, I stayed at a hotel near the new Thurso parkrun, which started just a stone's throw away. I had a room at the back, and it was fantastic, equipped with all the necessary facilities and a wonderful walk-in shower, which was great after my run. In the evening, I had a meal of fish and chips, and the portions were enormous—I certainly didn't expect to receive two pieces of fish on my plate! The staff were very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place to any parkrunners.

The Park Hotel provided an outstanding meal to celebrate our annual day. It was truly the best meal we've ever had! The starter, piri piri chicken strips, was delicious. For my main course, I had filet mignon served on a haggis cake, and the sauce was absolutely divine! My husband had a beautiful chicken dish. The meal was served hot, and the service was excellent. What a delightful dining experience!

Our meal was absolutely wonderful, and the portions were generous without any complaints. The service was top-notch. My only suggestion would be to avoid using plastic tomato sauce bottles with price labels on the tables. Aside from that minor point, it was a fantastic experience.
