Feedback gevenWe waited for thirty minutes without anyone acknowledging us, so we had to inquire about being served. Our drink order hadn't even been taken yet. The manager eventually came over to take our order and apologized profusely, but it was clear that the restaurant was in disarray. People weren't being served properly, and when they were, the wrong food was being brought out. The server didn't even know which table the food belonged to, and had to ask customers for their table numbers, even though the tables weren't numbered. This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The food was average and overpriced, and the staff looked unhappy. If it weren't for my hungry two-year-old, I would have left.
I had one of the worst food service experiences possible at this restaurant. It was a complete disaster and they really need to get their act together.
I paid £10.50 for a 250ml glass of red wine and £6.20 for a bottle of beer, not draft. I ordered mac and cheese for my son, but it was watery and all the food was cold. The gherkin mustard was enjoyable, but for £15, I expected a better burger. I requested sweet potato fries for my son, but they were not provided without explanation, despite being the only customers in the restaurant. This should have been a warning sign for us. Until the food improves, this restaurant should lower their prices. It was disappointing to spend so much on a meal that was of lower quality than a Wetherspoons.
Booked a table for 8pm, had to wait 20 mins for table to be ready, after we ordered took 40 minutes for food to arrive, only for them to bring us our mains instead of the starters we ordered. Another 20 minutes later our starters finally arrived, main course was brought out reasonably fast after that, however after our mains we asked for a desert menu, we were given one but nobody returned to take our order, eventually i managed to get someone to take our order but it was now past 10pm and we were the only people in the restaurant. Our deserts were brought out and to our disappointment they had managed to get one of the orders wrong. We waited another 10 minutes for this to be changed. After all that, we were offered our drinks for nothing, and seeing as we only got one drink as our first two were “on the house” for our table wait, i found this laughable. Eventually we did get told we weren’t going to have to pay, but as we had now spent 2 and a half hours in the restaurant, the bar had now closed so we weren’t even able to enjoy our last night. Overall very disappointed and ruined the last night of what was a fantastic trip.
It took us a while to find the place as the address on the confirmation email was the wrong one. The food was not worth it at all, my burger was cold (everyone knows what happens when cheese gets cold) and our fries were extremely soggy (see photo as proof of how soggy they were). Nobody came to check on us so we didn't say anything and we ate everything because we were starving. The only highlight was the floor staff. They were very nice and friendly, specially the guy who greet us (I believe his name was Luis, who could speak Spanish).
