Chipotle Mexican Grill

This facility was filthy, dirty. It was actually disgusting. I have never seen a chipotle like that before. I would never come back to this chipotle. The bathrooms were overflowing with garbage and very unsanitary. surprisingly, they were out of cheese at 11 o’clock in the morning. This place is so bad it's laughable. The employees are miserable to interact with and the restaurant is gross. I ordered a cheese and veggie quesadilla for pickup and received a tortilla with cold queso spread on it unique interpretation of a cheese quesadilla, I suppose, but also terrible. Im assuming they ran out of cheese and this was their ridiculous answer to that. Contacted customer service for a refund and was told the best they could do was a free drink. Skip this place. Whenever I come here, everyone's always laughing, dancing, singing, and having a good time! Which is great and all, but they never have your food on time, the beans are always undercooked and hard, they're always out of miscellaneous food items (rice, cheese, chicken) and after reading through some reviews it seems a couple of people have had issues with bugs in their food. Filthy inside with multiple people working, no customers and they could not have cared less. Stay away from this location (TBH most chipolte locations in the are the same). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
