Panera Bread - Highland Heights

Internet did not work for me nor another man. Hope a fruit pastry returns for dessert or breakfast.

Don’t eat here. It’s disgusting.Went on Sunday. Pretty shocked that half a sandwich, a cup of soup, and a fountain drink is nearly $18.00. After placing my order and grabbing a drink tried to find a table. In the back third of the place only three tables were already sat. Every other table I checked was dirty. Food. Condensation. Maybe soda. Gross.The trash cans looked full. Big stacks of trays stacked up. Dish tubs full.Then I look over and see what appears to be an employee sleeping up against the fireplace. Turned out they weren’t sleeping they were just watching videos on their phone that was resting on their lap. Certainly weren’t cleaning.I go to wait for my food and the food prep area is disgusting. I ask for my meal to go since I couldn’t find a place to sit. Ultimately I only took one bite of my sandwich because I don’t want food poisoning. If they can’t clean the tables, can’t keep the food prep area clean, then why should I believe they keep food at proper temps and clean the soda nozzles etc?It should be noted they were not busy at all. Aside from the three tables sat in the back third there was a single table sat in the front and. Nothing in the middle third. Nobody else was in line.I’m never going to Panera again. It’s a rip off and every one I go to is dirty (last time I gave them a shot I tried one in Mentor and it was also filthy)

You better check to see if you got the meat on your sandwich!!! I ordered a BLT roasted turkey with bacon and guacamole. I got a sandwich with mayonnaise, tomato, lettuce. It was quite unbelievable who would pay $15 for a piece of bread with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato? That doesn’t even sound right.

Ladies restroom was disgusting. Toilets look like they have not been cleaned in weeks with permanent rings. Floors not much better. If bathroom is not clean, I wonder what the cleanliness of the prep and kitchen area is like! Maybe health department needs to inspect this store. Glad I only bought hot tea.

Awful!Poor customer service from ordering to getting our food.Didn't have ingredients to make three of the menu items we wanted.Waited greater than 15 minutes for three sandwiches, a soup and two smoothies. When we got the food, it was barely warm.Restaurant was not busy either. There were 3 tables in use at the time.Will not go back.
