Paninis Grill - Highland Heights

Used to love their thin crust pizza, but lately it has been terrible. Just a blob of greasy goo, the crust is not crispy and comes apart. You have to re-cut the pieces and then paper under the greasy mess sticks to the pizza.

I ordered takeout and was disappointed by the stingy portions. I requested a side of sour cream, but it was missing from my order. I also got an overstuffed pastrami sandwich, but there was barely any meat in it. The cook on 10/21/2023 really dropped the ball.

I want to express my gratitude for letting our team use your space to wrap gifts for the family we adopted for the holidays. The food was fantastic, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service. We were truly impressed. Thank you!

I've always loved coming here after my son's hockey games at 11 PM. Everything has consistently been great! However, tonight I was told the kitchen was closed, even though the website states they are open until 2 AM. I'm really disappointed! What a shame!
