Feedback gevenExtremely unprofessional. I visited this restaurant to order a smoothie, and the African American woman working there decided to take a video call while preparing my drink. This behavior is unacceptable. She also did not wear gloves while adjusting her mask, which is a health concern. This criticism is not based on race, as I am also African American.
The food was satisfactory, but I never received my drink. The service was poor and the staff had a negative attitude.
Too many stressed out children work here. Can't even handle a door dash order that's already made...
Only one man worked and the load was super busy. he was great, he must have been a college child, but definitiw needed a worker because how busy it was. I felt bad for him.
If it's time for ice, that's a busy dq. the service is good, in the regular many people to take care of orders.
