Freddy's Custard - Highland Village

I like the old style atmosphere. Even the staff are all old. They are friendly for beginners. Like it's important to them that you came to their store and wanted to make you happy. But the burgers, the burgers. And the Freddy Fry Sauce, and now they even have a clogged Jalapeno Fry Sauce. The ice desserts are good, the best way to finish a delicious meal. The music is not bad either. I give 15 fast food stores to go to Freddy's.

This is a fantastic place to eat. I always had good experiences and it's a family fav because of their fries and custard! Today I had the best experience ever. I didn't realize I was calculated twice for a child's meal. When my number was called, I told them I had an extra meal. They apologised immediately and offered a refund for the meal, but told me that I still take the basket. I refused their generosity and told them not to worry and it would be eaten anyway. The manager INSISTED corrected the mistake and I keep the child's meal. He comes over a few times to check on all of us and offered excellent service to Freddy's way. Shout to this guy- he was great!!

Had a V.I.P. lunch with my 2 children today and I am still full of eating, they treated us like us, where celebrities... Thank you. Great place, good food and especially great service with big people working there

I love this place! The hamburgers and drinks are fantastic, especially the "dirt and worms" dessert.

Above and beyond customer service from the GM. The food was very good.
