Cheap for how thick it actually is. Jack n the Box was my favorite burger but now it's a second, and not even close to bring first that's how good their burger and service is. Use the app, save time and possibly get discounts based on something else your family may enjoy. PRO TIP: They start preparing your order the second you pay. Not like McDonald's where you have to say you're there before they start. Don't order and wait 30 minutes unless you want cold food. What are you doing still reading this? You know you're now craving Dairy Queen. Go! Download the app and prepare to get your munch on!
This place is under new management. The food is great again. I got my favorite fast food restaurant back.
Well prepared and great taste. Marvelous wait staff-all special orders without mistake.
The food is good, just have the orders messed up majority of the time. I go there for lunch a few times a month because it's close to work, and some evenings for dinner. The staff, most are young, and lack customer service skills. They forget to give you things for your order such as dips, then add to the receipt no dip, don't you usually ask if you'd like dip with something if it's an option? Tonight the young lady was afraid to reach her arm out to hand me my order causing my food to about fall, and the bag to rip. Instead of apologizing she went back to the prep area laughing to her coworkers, really? But she came and asked if I wanted a new bag? Well did any of the food fall out of the bag? I'm not sure? I'm missing the ranch for the cheese curds? So maybe. I'm not sure ma'am my bag of 20 somthing dollar food is in a ripped bag.... it is starting to go back to how the old DQs quality was.... and that's why I didn't go for years. It's disheartening.
While out and about with Skippy I decided the best fast food would be DQ in Highland Illinois. The woman was really nice as I used the drive-thru so we could eat in the car. She was a delight compared to the ones in the city. Got my order right the first time and greeted me at the window with a big smile along with a great personality to boot. It took minutes literally, and the food was piping hot. The double cheeseburger was gigantic as I could barely make it thru half of it. The French fries were hot and crispy, just perfect, really, along with not being over salted. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely beats out other fast good places as portions are better all around, period. Definitely if you're in town I would recommend it as it looks clean and the staff is friendly too.
