Frozen Caboose Ice Cream - Highland

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a raspberry sherbet in a cup and a chocolate cone, which came to a total of $9.05. I returned the raspberry sherbet because it had a strong artificial sweetener aftertaste, only to find out that all of their products are artificially sweetened. Additionally, the cone was already fractured when they put the chocolate ice cream on it. After only three licks, the ice cream fell onto the floor. I was so disgusted that I didn't even bother asking for a refund - I just left.

Medium sundae was pretty small and was dripping over the edge of the cup when I got it.

The staff at the restaurant was very friendly with no problems at all. I ordered the cappuccino ice cream, but it lacked flavor. I also ordered a rainbow sherbet, which was overly sweet and sticky like it had been sitting for a while. I'm not sure why they no longer serve Jane's ice cream.

The ice cream was fantastic and the service was excellent. I'm looking forward to returning on July 13 for more.
