Jamba Juice - Highland

I typically enjoy visiting this place. I work nearby and love to stop in for a juice before heading in; it's always been a satisfying and convenient experience. However, during my last few visits, I've noticed a change in their hours. The staff mentioned they close at least 30 minutes earlier than the posted hours, which state they are open until 10 PM. On one occasion, I arrived at 9:15, only to be told that they were already closed. It would be a good idea for management to update the closing time both online and at the entrance to avoid any inconvenience for customers.

The staff here is incredibly polite! I mean, who wouldn't enjoy heart-shaped fruits to start their day on a cheerful note?

I recommend this place mainly because of one particular employee. When I walked into Jamba Juice, I found the service to be lacking at first. However, I inquired about the staff member's name and learned it was Alejandra. Fortunately, another employee with black hair and glasses came over and took our orders. She was incredibly helpful, assisting us in navigating the menu and signing up for the Jamba Juice app!
