The burger was well made, but it was a little too peppery for our liking. I don't know if that is just the way they make burgers, but they had tiny bits of popcorn in the beef. I hope it was just an off day as this was my first time at Blue Top since moving into the area a few years ago. The atmosphere is pretty cool, and the waitress was nice and fairly prompt, but she didn't really do the best job at cleaning our tablet and just wiped the damp spots from a previous patron over with a dry paper towel. Not the most sanitary and there were gnats floating around too inside the restaurant. I hope they are about to make some changes in the future as far as indoor service goes, and I hope their burgers get better as well. Not horrible, but kinda underwhelming
