The food I ordered was shrimp eggroll, wonton soup and shrimp fried rice and the food was prepared perfectly. It was delicious fresh and always tasteful.My compliments to my server Albert he is an excellent employee of the restaurant and one of the most pleasant servers you can ever meet. I look forward to seeing him again next time I visit the restaurant. Thank you very much Albert.

I've been frequenting Hong Bao for some time now. I've never dined in until they recently opened for Dim Sum/Brunch at 10AM on weekends. My last couple visits have all been great. My brother I have tried a good amount of the Dim Sum offerings and we've narrowed it down to the following being solid and might raise a little conversation of being comparable to some places in the SGV. Our recent visit on 11/19 was a great one in that our Server JENNY was EXCEPTIONALLY Attentive. Our cups/glasses never went below being half empty. She was quick checked on us often. Sauces and condiments were brought out quickly. Entire experience was great beginning to end.

Sapayan was awesome very attentive!! He made sure we had what we needed. Food is great. Ambience very cool and chic.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would, the food here is soooo good. The ambiance is nice and inviting. Our server Rick was amazing, so attentive, and knowledgeable about what to order.I can't say enough good stuff about Rick. Everything was delicious, we had the Peking duck, dumplings, and the chow main. A lot of food, , we came home with left overs.

Very upscale Asian restaurant with very high prices on all dishes. The space is grand but the service lacks. While we dined here I wouldn't have considered it to be very busy since we saw a few empty tables around us but our server would disappear for long periods of time and we were always waiting for water refills. The food is good but doesn't really justify the price points. I do appreciate that they used both white and dark meat on the Thai red curry dish. We also ordered combination fried rice that could have used more meat in it as the portion we received had very little.
