Even if you?re not gluten free, you should definitely treat yourself to some deliciousness from Mad Batters. The brownies are decadent, the muffins are moist and delicious, and the cookies are the best. My favorites are the peanut butter blossoms. If youare a fan of Italian rainbow cookies, Mad Batters makes them better than the ones you get at an Italian bakery. Their customcakes are gorgeous and very creative. The most amazing thing is that you can?t even tell that their products are gluten free.Definitely worth a try?.. you?ll be back for more!

Absolutely hands down the most delicious baked goods I have had. Gluten free is so difficult to find and when you do they taste horrible. BUT NOT Mad Batters, mouth watering absolutely delicious. I was eating Russian Tea Cakes and suddenly they were gone, I was left yearning for more. Please try this bakery if you have not, it is incredible. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner at the Tree Farm Vendor Event on 11/20. First time I heard of these wonderful items and I left with a bag full. I can not wait to purchase more.

Purchased the gluten and dairy free pies at v Fishkill Farms. The chocolate pecan and apple pies were AMAZING... cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!!

My daughter ordered a birthday cake and then realized that it would be ready after the party. My son in law asked if they could have it ready earlier. It must have been a challenge to get it ready in time, but Mad Batters came through!! It was a beautiful six layer cake and was so delicious! The guests were telling us how good it was!,
