Starbucks - Highland

Why are all the electrical outlets covered or screwed shut? I often visit Starbucks locations throughout Southern California between appointments, and I've never come across a place where every outlet has been sealed off with a blank plate.

This is one of the worst and dirtiest Starbucks locations I've ever visited. The bathroom was extremely unclean, and the tables weren't wiped down. It seems like Starbucks has no awareness of the situation at this establishment. This should serve as a warning to the regional management of Starbucks.

This location has intentionally blocked off all outlets. So I am not able to use my computer. Also music was over the top loud. So even with headphones I could still hear the lobby music loudly.

Came to this Starbucks on our way to Big bear, no on the way up service was good. On our way down 5 days later, not so good service. 1. Valsatore didn’t want to give us the bathroom code. 2. When we nicely asked what was the dark road of the day he just stared and smirked 3. My grande latte : what a rip off , it was only filled half way and had like 3 inches of foam 4. my husband spilled hot coffee on his hand because his cup of coffee was filled to the tippy top and the lid cups became too flimsy . Starbucks you need to look at your lids and cups that become super flimsy with hot liquids. Or double up the cups.

The Starbucks is always clean and they have a security guard outside to keep the riffraff away. Always feel safe here and the employees are great along with the copy of course. It's a big location with lots of room and if you need to study or just go catch up on your reading, it's a good place to do so.
