Starbucks - Highland

We walked here to grab coffee while our car was charging. The store didn’t allow us in at 8pm although in the map shows it’s open until 9:30pm. We tried to get the coffee through drive thru, and they denied our request because we didn’t have car! So pissed. Rude customer service.

Done with going to this starbucks ive been coming basically everyday for the past two months and everytime i place an order there has been an issue wether it being they didnt get my order or something is missing they didnt make my drink right i could go on and on also all the employees are very rude and stuck

I didn't get a birthday reward loaded onto my app so I called the store to ask about it. They told me corporate has control over that and they don't so I would have to call corporate, which I understand. But no apology, no happy birthday, they could've just offered to make me a drink. Just ridiculous.

Strange experience Sunday morning, ordered coffee on the app. Went inside to pick up my coffee. Had a very odd experience with this location! I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The Barista with the reading glasses was a weirdo for talking awful. About a customer waiting in line.

This has to be the slowest store I've ever been to. Except for one partner hustling, all other partners were moving in slow motion. My order included 4 drinks and were made one at a time in between other orders. No one smiling.
