Taco Bell - Highland

Terrible service!!! I came through the drive-through at 12:20 AM on Saturday October 29th. They close at 1am and I waited by the speaker for 10mins. I came to the window and saw a young man and women and I was told by the young women with orange hair that they were out of everything. I asked what they were out of and she told me they were out of beef, chicken, steak and couldn’t take my order. I told her that I also work in fast food and it would be helpful if she wore the headset to let customers know they weren’t taking orders and she was very rude to me and disrespectful. Idk how often it happens that Taco Bell is out of every meat but it should definitely be fixed as well as the staff at this establishment. I was treated so poorly and will not be coming back to this location.

I wish i could put zero stars. this place is absolutely terrible, says they are open til 1am but i’ve came here three times now just before 12am and they are “closed” yet i always see workers in the window making food and drinks. I also seen this woman in there looking out the window laughing as i drove past because they were “closed.” i will NEVER recommend this location to anyone, horrible service and attitudes, claims to be “closed” yet all the workers are still there every-time and i’ve seen them there until 1am, yet they’re closed before 10:30?? doesn’t make any sense. DO NOT COME HERE. the dyer taco bell serves much better food anywho. EDIT: after going through all of the reviews over the past year, safe to say, this location should be IMMEDIATELY shut down.

Olvier is rude treating to throw a cup on me while I am delivering his uber eats to him from pen stations cause I would bring it in.

Never open after 11:30. Awful customer service, workers are constantly behind the windows MAKING FOOD, laughing and ignoring customers that pull up. Never eat here people

There lucky I can even give them a start flipping customers off ya we honked you were rude by not taking care of your customers arguing with them over chicken isn't that what you serve what's wrong with humanity anymore I swear
