Feedback gevenTo be honest, my children had a hard night. They asked me to go inside to eat, I agree. But I have to say, when we entered our visit, nothing less perfect. The manager welcomed our family, the cashier was super helpful thrown off additional items, so we do not interrupt our meal to go to the front. Wow. Thanks for such a great time. And Josiah, wonderful customer service!
I want Ricky, one of the managers, he is very polite, he always ensures that everyone is satisfied with his Wendy's experience, he works very hard all the time. I want his superiors to know that they have a very valuable worker in their establishment. I appreciate him all the time. Also there is a very young girl who works there, Stephanie, what a treasure, very polite and hard work
I love her new honey butter chicken biscuit for breakfast. It must be one of the best breakfast sandwiches I had outside my own kitchen! The chicken is moist and tasty, the biscuit is flocky and buttery, and the honey butter is perfect. The cookies and Gravy are another story. The engraving was bland, and the sausage almost did not exist. I won't order that again. Your breakfast potatoes are also moderately some hash brews similar to McDonald's would be a great improvement. But definitely try the chicken biscuit!!!
If I 'm being honest here, I could give 1 star for technicalities and customer service....HOWEVER, even though I got the wrong order (mine was supposed to be a Swiss croissant I recieved a cheddar biscuit) it was SO good. SO Good!!! Super fresh!! The potatoes were on point. So the food was EXCELLENT. It did make me dissapointed I said, Thank you smiled and Have a great day! ..to more than one employee being super friendly through the drive thru and not once did anyone say one word back so that was pretty sad customer service.
